KJ opened the business in 2001 and has seen the reputation and size of the business grow year-on-year. She is certain that the success of the business is down to her fantastic team and feels that putting a bride at ease is at the centre of the company’s ethos.

Katie has been the heart of The Wedding Planner team for over ten years! We call her “The Dress Whisperer!” as she has an almost magical ability to know the perfect dress to suit each and every bride! To know her is to love her!!!

Shona brings a warmth and engaging approach to her brides and never fails to make every bride feel welcome and at entirely at ease. Our “Dress the Bride” expert, she ensures every bride is dressed to perfection and feels extra special!

Before joining us, Angela had over 14 years of High Street Retail experience. She has an enthusiasm which is completely infectious! She always goes the extra mile for her bride and is genuinely invested in ensuring that every bride’s wishes are fulfilled.

Katie has just completed her Degree in Graphic Animation and is therefore invaluable in assisting in the marketing of the Company through Social Media. She also works in the shop at the weekend is invaluable backstage at Bridal Catwalks.

Our seamstress has over 35 years experience in Couture Alterations and has worked with brides at The Wedding Planner Bridal Shop for over 18 years ensuring every gown is altered to perfection.
The Wedding Planner Team
We work hard as a Team and like to play hard as a team. We have regular “Team Meetings” to brainstorm to promote the business and drive the business forward. But we do like to “let our hair down” and love the opportunity to all get together and just have fun!
